Sales Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Manage and support an existing network of distributors across Southeast Asia in alignment with business unit objectives
• Identify, appoint, and develop new distributors in emerging or untapped markets
• Collaborate with distributors to achieve sales targets and overall regional performance goals
• Develop market-specific or segment-specific strategies with distributors
• Monitor distributor sales performance quarterly and provide feedback and recommendations
• Support distributors in effectively positioning products against competitors
• Track competitor activities and provide actionable market insights
• Organize and support seminars, training sessions, customer visits, and exhibitions with distributors

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in distributor management
• Technical knowledge or exposure to scientific or analytical instruments
• Willingness to travel up to 40% regionally and within Singapore
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
