Sales Engineer (F&B // Process Equipment)

About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Engineer to drive business growth within the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector. This role involves providing technical sales solutions to customers in food manufacturing, with a focus on hygienic fluid handling and process applications.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the F&B industry
Manage and grow existing customer accounts
Provide technical consultation and recommend suitable pump and fluid handling solutions
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and site visits
Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to project closing
Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up on sales opportunities
Maintain strong relationships with customers including manufacturers, OEMs, and system integrators
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
Job Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Process or related)
3-5 years of experience in technical sales within Food & Beverage manufacturing or Process equipment / fluid handling / pumps
Experience in hygienic or sanitary process applications
Ability to understand customer requirements and provide engineering solutions
