SALES ENGINEER

Responsibilities:-

• Drive business development and explore new market opportunities to expand the company's reach.
• Perform the full sales cycle, including customer prospecting, approach, presentations, follow-ups, and order closing.
• Review and compare costing/estimation vs. actual project costs for awarded jobs to ensure accuracy and profitability.
• Assist in budget planning and cost control for ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Ensure accuracy in pricing and costing acceptance levels for quotations and proposals.
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to support business goals.
• Conduct market research to monitor industry trends, business environment changes, and sales performance.
• Set and track sales targets and forecasts for potential projects and new orders.

Job Requirements:-

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the electrical engineering or switchgear industry.
• Knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, and project coordination.
• Familiarity with switchboards and electrical engineering concepts is an advantage.
• Strong technical background and ability to communicate and present technical solutions.
