Job Summary
Drive business growth by developing new customers and servicing existing ones across Automotive, Medical, and Consumer Electronics sectors in Southeast Asia. Leverage innovative proposals and technical expertise to expand market share and deepen customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop new customers and service existing accounts through targeted cold calls, networking, and social media engagement to increase sales opportunities.
- Manage industry coverage across Automotive, Medical, and Consumer Electronics sectors in Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Singapore to maximize regional market penetration.
- Identify and pursue business opportunities in new markets by proposing innovative, cost-saving solutions based on MIM and CIM processing techniques.
- Monitor and analyze competitor activities and advancements in materials technologies to inform strategic business decisions.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with key customers by regularly following up to grow sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Expand customer and industrial networks by actively participating in exhibitions and conducting meetings with engineers and purchasing personnel.
- Respond promptly to customer technical inquiries by collaborating with engineering teams on process and tooling fabrication to ensure requirements are met.
- Prepare weekly trend analyses and customer requirements reports to support informed decision-making and strategic planning.
Requirements:
- Min Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Mechatronic), preferably 1-2 years working experience in manufacturing industry.
- Team player, with min Supervision
- Must be able to travel.
- Bilingual preferred.
