Job Description

Create project budget, schedule project activities.
Manage from point of contract with Builder to view works sites and proposal requirement needed for the lift installation.
Attend site meetings and conduct site inspection.
Ensures project running smoothly and completed on time.
Order equipment according to requires specification.
Liase with building contractors, sub-contractors and project team members.
Takes charge of day to day running of projects and updating of plans & schedules as and when there are variations to them.
Conducting all aspects of project activities, including attendance to technical meetings and discussions with clients and suppliers.
Excellent project management and supervision skills.
Excellent organizational, time management, leadership and desicion-making skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
