Job Title: Sales Engineer (Building Construction)

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer with strong technical knowledge and proven experience in the building construction industry. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical solutions and client needs, providing expert advice, preparing proposals, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the building construction sector
Promote and sell technical products/solutions to contractors, consultants, and developers
Understand client requirements and provide appropriate technical recommendations
Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations
Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure successful project execution
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and stakeholders
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or related field
Proven sales experience in building construction materials, systems, or solutions
Strong technical understanding of construction processes and specifications
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to read technical drawings and project documents
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
Preferred Qualifications:
Existing network within the construction industry
Experience working with contractors, consultants, or developers
Knowledge of local building codes and standards
