Location: Kallang
Responsibilities
- Attend structured product and application training at the Singapore head office (3-6 months paid training provided)
- Develop strong product and application knowledge through classroom sessions, seminars, and hands-on experience
- Provide technical consultation by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable solutions across industries
- Respond to customer enquiries promptly and deliver a high standard of service
- Identify and secure new business opportunities while maintaining existing client relationships
- Conduct regular on-site visits (approximately three days per week) to engage customers and promote products/services
- Collaborate on account strategies and contribute to territory planning
- Support and execute new product launch initiatives
- Drive market share growth within the assigned territory
- Assist in organizing and participating in seminars, exhibitions, and trade shows
- Manage daily activities independently with minimal supervision
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Perform additional duties or projects as assigned
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Strong interest and aptitude for learning technical products
- Interest in working within manufacturing and industrial environments
- Excellent presentation and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Able to communicate effectively in both English and Chinese
- Strong listening skills with the ability to respond proactively to customer needs
- Goal-oriented, driven, and motivated to contribute to business growth
- Willingness to learn and grow through structured training and mentorship
- Professional, disciplined, and able to adhere to company standards and policies
- Willing to travel frequently (approximately 60%), including overnight trips
- Valid Class 3 driving licence preferred
