Job Summary
Drive sales growth by developing customer relationships locally and in SEA countries, managing quotations and tenders, and ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction in a technical engineering environment.
Responsibilities
- Correspond with customers to prepare and follow up on quotations and tenders, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company sales goals
- Develop and expand customer base in Singapore and SEA countries to meet monthly sales targets
- Monitor and follow up on delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfillment and gather customer feedback to improve sales performance
- Submit accurate and timely monthly sales reports to track progress and inform management decisions
- Interpret technical drawings to support customer communications and product specifications
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Ability to work independently to manage sales processes and customer relationships effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and negotiate with diverse customers
- Willingness to travel within Singapore and Malaysia to meet clients and support sales activities
- Experience in cutting tools and machining industry is an advantage
Other Information
- Possession of a valid CLASS 3 driving license and access to own car is preferred for travel requirements
