Sales Engineer (5 days/Semiconductor)

Deliver comprehensive sales and technical support to customers regarding the effective use of products to ensure optimal performance, which involves:

Maintaining products and consistently monitoring their performance.

Assisting customers with product installation, including drawing simulations.

Providing operational support to customers.

Diagnosing and resolving issues.

Supplying customers with advice or information as needed or as determined by the Service Engineer.

Collect and relay product information through service activities, including:

Insights on performance, defects, yields, and other technical concerns.

Customer feedback, requirements, claims, and comments related to product performance or operation.

Information requested by customers regarding the products.

Requirements

A diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.

Experience in the semiconductor sector is a plus, but candidates without prior experience will also be considered.

A self-driven, results-oriented individual who is independent, adaptable, and passionate about developing high-quality technical products.
