Job scope
- Enhance and implement Sales Excellence Programs (SEP) across APAC, covering sales activities, value selling, account planning, opportunity management, and pipeline discipline.
- Establish and optimize core sales processes (e.g., enquiry-to-order, funnel management), ensuring CRM adoption, data accuracy, and compliance.
- Define and track KPIs to improve sales productivity and ROI leverage dashboards and analytics to identify gaps and drive performance improvements.
- Collaborate with Country Sales Leaders, Marketing, Operations, and Global teams to align methodologies, frameworks, and improvement initiatives across APAC.
- Act as the regional liaison to global stakeholders, representing local market needs and ensuring scalable, practical solutions.
- Lead structured change management initiatives, including communication, training, and enablement, to promote continuous improvement and a strong One Team culture.
