Job Summary
Prepare and manage commercial and technical documentation to support project delivery in marine, offshore, oil & gas, or engineering sectors. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely project execution and maintain accurate records.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, invoices, and commercial documentation to support sales and project activities
- Respond to RFQs, tenders, and customer enquiries with timely and detailed information
- Coordinate project requirements and delivery schedules with clients, shipyards, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure alignment and progress
- Maintain and control technical and commercial documentation including drawings, certificates, manuals, and reports for project compliance and reference
- Assist in tracking project milestones, coordinating logistics, and submitting required documentation to support project timelines
- Support Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), mobilization, and project close-out documentation to ensure smooth project completion
- Organize and maintain filing systems, document registers, and sales records to ensure easy retrieval and audit readiness
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in marine, offshore, oil & gas, or engineering industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications to prepare and manage documentation
- Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders
