SALES DIRECTOR

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

• Identify and acquire new clients for accounting, tax, payroll, and corporate services.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve performance targets.

• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.

• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, or related field.

• Minimum 5-8 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in professional services or accounting firms.

• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and growing client portfolios.

• Good understanding of Singapore business and corporate services environment.
