Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to grow inbound travel and educational tours business
Identify new market opportunities and expand into emerging source markets
Set and achieve revenue targets and drive the team to achieve and exceed KPIs
Confident to meet sales target and management objectives
Forecast sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management
Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas agents, tour operators, and corporate clients
Negotiate contracts, pricing structures, and long-term agreements
Represent the company at international trade shows, travel fairs, and networking events
Able to arrange companies visit and schools visit for foreign school groups visiting Singapore
Available and maintain 24/7 on-call at all times to hanle emergencies and last-minute client request
