Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute global sales strategy for maritime satellite communications solutions.
  2. Drive revenue growth by acquiring new shipowners, fleet managers, and offshore clients.
  3. Manage and expand key accounts across shipping, offshore, and cruise segments.
  4. Lead high-value commercial negotiations, tenders, and long-term service agreements.
  5. Build strong relationships with C-level stakeholders (Technical, IT, Procurement).
  6. Collaborate with technical and product teams to deliver customised connectivity solutions.
  7. Identify market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies (LEO, IoT, digitalisation).
  8. Lead, mentor, and grow a regional sales team to achieve revenue targets.
  9. Partner with internal stakeholders (operations, engineering, service delivery) to ensure client satisfaction.
  10. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client engagements globally.

Requirements

  1. Minimum 10 years of sales experience in maritime satellite communications.
  2. Proven track record in achieving multimillion-dollar sales targets and closing complex deals.
  3. Strong network within shipowners, ship managers, offshore, and maritime ecosystem in Asia.
  4. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  5. Degree in Business, Engineering, Maritime Studies, or related field
