This is a senior commercial role in a global sports marketing/media agency covering sponsorship sales across Asia Pacific. Working with rights holders, regional/global sales teams, and clients to drive sponsorship revenue and long-term brand partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Own sponsorship revenue targets across assigned territories and properties; build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
- Develop sales strategy & go-to-market plans: identify priority categories/brands and execute tailored commercial approaches.
- Client & agency relationship management: build senior relationships with brands and advertising/media agencies; expand and strengthen agency network.
- Pitch and lead deals end-to-end: interpret briefs, build proposal storylines, customize assets/valuations, and support negotiations with legal and leadership.
- Create tailored rights packages and commercial solutions in collaboration with marketing, business development, and content teams; maintain accurate CRM reporting.
Requirements
- Proven partnership or media solutions sales success across Asia Pacific (agency, rights holder, or media environment preferred).
- Strong network of senior brand contacts and understanding of sports marketing best practices.
- Excellent pitching, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills; strong commercial judgment.
- Fluent English; additional Asian language(s) a plus. Strong PC skills (MS Office) and comfort using CRM tools.
