Job Description

This role is responsible for leading the development and growth of domestic and international semiconductor client segments. The incumbent will drive strategic initiatives, manage team performance, and contribute to the company's long-term growth strategy, including the development of its second growth curve.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end development of both domestic and international semiconductor markets, while overseeing the daily operations of the semiconductor client team.
  • Focus on strategic expansion in key regions (North America, Japan, and South Korea) and expanding the semiconductor testing and packaging application market.
  • Collect international market data and customer requirements, collaborating with the Semiconductor Business Unit to optimize product and technical solutions.
  • Drive market strategies to support the enhance global sales channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with over 8 years of equipment sales experience, including at least 3 years in sales management.
  • Experience in managing Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems (MEMS) clients.
  • Strong market insight and strategic perspective, with the ability to accurately identify industry trends and develop effective sales strategies and market expansion plans.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-driven, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
