Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies across key markets including consumer electronics, automotive, medical, and emerging technologies.
  • Build and manage senior-level customer relationships, positioning the company as a long-term strategic development partner.
  • Drive market intelligence activities by monitoring customer roadmaps, industry trends, and competitive developments across advanced technology sectors.
  • Lead solution-selling and commercialization efforts, including structuring NRE agreements, pricing models, and development partnerships
  • Collaborate with product line and engineering teams to deliver strong technical value propositions and commercially viable solutions.
  • Coordinate commercial activities across product lines to ensure pipeline alignment, pricing consistency, and effective resource prioritization.
  • Manage customer engagement, negotiations, and commercial risks while supporting escalation handling and long-term account growth.
  • Own revenue forecasting and commercial pipeline management, tracking design wins, production ramp-ups, and overall business profitability.


Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering / Science
  • At least 10 years of experience in related field
