Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the senior strategic advisor for assigned enterprise accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Lead executive-level client meetings, quarterly business reviews, and campaign strategy discussions.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction, retention, and account growth.

Revenue Growth & Business Development

  • Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Develop and execute strategic account growth plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to achieve revenue targets and pipeline goals.
  • Support new business pitches, proposals, and contract negotiations.

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Partner with internal marketing, operations, and analytics teams to deliver successful demand-generation campaigns.
  • Oversee campaign performance, optimization, reporting, and ROI analysis.
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on client goals, industry trends, and performance data.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.

Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Mentor and support Account Managers and junior team members.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, creative, content, and operations teams.
  • Help improve internal processes, workflows, and client service standards.
  • Contribute to company growth initiatives and strategic planning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in account management, digital marketing, or client services.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise or high-value client accounts.
  • Strong understanding of B2B demand generation, digital media, lead generation, and marketing strategy.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, reporting tools, and marketing technologies preferred
