Essential Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the senior strategic advisor for assigned enterprise accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
- Lead executive-level client meetings, quarterly business reviews, and campaign strategy discussions.
- Ensure high client satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
Revenue Growth & Business Development
- Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
- Develop and execute strategic account growth plans aligned with company objectives.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to achieve revenue targets and pipeline goals.
- Support new business pitches, proposals, and contract negotiations.
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Partner with internal marketing, operations, and analytics teams to deliver successful demand-generation campaigns.
- Oversee campaign performance, optimization, reporting, and ROI analysis.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on client goals, industry trends, and performance data.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.
Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Mentor and support Account Managers and junior team members.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, creative, content, and operations teams.
- Help improve internal processes, workflows, and client service standards.
- Contribute to company growth initiatives and strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in account management, digital marketing, or client services.
- Proven experience managing enterprise or high-value client accounts.
- Strong understanding of B2B demand generation, digital media, lead generation, and marketing strategy.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM platforms, reporting tools, and marketing technologies preferred
