Job Description

Project Overview:

This project aims to drive sales growth for the organization platform within a designated territory. The Director of sales will lead a team of sales managers, overseeing and supporting their efforts to secure new clients for the platform.

Key Project Components:

  • Sales Leadership: Provide strategic direction and guidance to the assigned sales management team, setting clear goals and objectives for iConnections platform sales.
  • Territory Management: Oversee the assigned sales territory, developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to the specific needs and opportunities within that region.
  • Sales Enablement: Equip the sales management team with the necessary tools, resources, and training to effectively sell the iConnections platform. This may include product knowledge sessions, sales methodology training, and competitive analysis.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with potential and existing clients in the assigned territory.

Deliverables:

  • Increased Sales: Achieve or exceed sales targets for the iConnections platform within the assigned territory.
  • Developed Sales Team: Lead and mentor the sales management team, enhancing their skills and knowledge to achieve optimal sales performance.
  • Strong Client Relationships: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients in the assigned territory, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Sales Strategies & Reports: Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the assigned territory, and provide regular reports on sales performance and pipeline metrics.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field with 5 years of experience
