The Role – What You'll Be Doing
As a Sales Representative in Singapore, you will:
• Build and manage relationships across APAC
• Prospect, pitch, and close new business in fast-moving markets
• Lead discovery calls to understand client data challenges and map them to our platform
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to design tailored solutions
• Develop and own a growing regional sales pipeline
• Represent NorthGravity at APAC energy, LNG, commodities, and fintech events
• Bring energy, confidence, and a strong hunter mentality every day
In addition to sales responsibilities, you will also:
• Provide ongoing support for existing APAC clients to ensure high platform adoption
• Respond to client queries and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly
• Assist clients with data onboarding, configuration, and integration workflows
• Monitor client usage and proactively identify opportunities for upselling or improving satisfaction
• Deliver product demos, training sessions, and workflow best practices
• Act as the voice of the customer, relaying feedback to product and engineering teams
What We're Looking For
• 2+ years of sales experience — inside or outside sales; B2B preferred
• Strong understanding of commodity and energy markets
• Proven track record of exceeding quotas
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Comfortable engaging with both technical and business stakeholders
• Interest in data, technology, or financial markets
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving ability
• Competitive, ambitious, and eager to grow within a scaling company
• Based in Singapore or willing to relocate
