The Role What You'll Be Doing
As a Sales Representative in Singapore, you will:
Build and manage relationships across APAC
Prospect, pitch, and close new business in fast-moving markets
Lead discovery calls to understand client data challenges and map them to our platform
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to design tailored solutions
Develop and own a growing regional sales pipeline
Represent NorthGravity at APAC energy, LNG, commodities, and fintech events
Bring energy, confidence, and a strong hunter mentality every day
In addition to sales responsibilities, you will also:
Provide ongoing support for existing APAC clients to ensure high platform adoption
Respond to client queries and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly
Assist clients with data onboarding, configuration, and integration workflows
Monitor client usage and proactively identify opportunities for upselling or improving satisfaction
Deliver product demos, training sessions, and workflow best practices
Act as the voice of the customer, relaying feedback to product and engineering teams
What We're Looking For
2+ years of sales experience inside or outside sales; B2B preferred
Strong understanding of commodity and energy markets
Proven track record of exceeding quotas
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Comfortable engaging with both technical and business stakeholders
Interest in data, technology, or financial markets
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving ability
Competitive, ambitious, and eager to grow within a scaling company
Based in Singapore or willing to relocate
