Sales Director

Job Description

• Coordinate sales strategy and market layout, and formulate a development plan for multiplication and fission
• Lead the existing sales team to achieve sustained growth, promote recruitment and team fission
• Design and implement standardized training systems, incentive mechanisms and marketing activities to enhance combat effectiveness
• Analyze market trends, optimize sales models and speech systems, and enhance conversion efficiency
• Assist in expanding the Malaysian market and establish a local team and merchant cooperation network
• Collaborate with the headquarters to promote the digitalization of the sales system and operational optimization.

Job Requirement

• More than 3 years of sales management experience in the direct sales industry
• Familiar with the establishment of systems such as team fission, sales replication, training incentives, etc.
• Possess excellent communication and coordination skills and team leadership, and be able to lead the team independently
• Those who have successfully led a team of more than 100 people are preferred
• Those who have experience in developing the Malaysia market and have team leader resources in Malaysia are preferred
• Able to adapt to the high-intensity market rhythm, result-oriented, entrepreneurial mentality and sense of mission.
