Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Regional Sales & Financial Accountability

  • Own and deliver regional revenue, gross margin, and net profit targets for APAC.
  • Develop and execute annual and quarterly regional sales plans aligned with global strategy.
  • Ensure disciplined forecasting, pipeline management, and deal governance across all APAC markets.
  • Optimize pricing, discount structures, and channel mix to improve overall profitability and deal quality.

2. Market Expansion & Brand Growth

  • Drive market share growth and expand the company's footprint across key APAC countries.
  • Increase brand awareness, positioning, and influence through strategic partnerships, key accounts, and regional initiatives.
  • Identify new growth opportunities, emerging markets, and vertical segments aligned with long-term strategy.
  • Represent the company in key customer engagements, partner events, and industry forums within APAC. 3. Sales Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead, coach, and develop country managers, regional sales leaders, and key account teams.
  • Build a performance-driven culture with clear accountability, execution discipline, and ethical sales practices.
  • Set clear goals, KPIs, and performance standards conduct regular business reviews and talent assessments.
  • Collaborate closely with HR on talent planning, succession, and capability development for the region.

4. Channel, Partner & Key Account Management

  • Define and optimize go-to-market models, including direct sales, distributors, and strategic partners.
  • Strengthen partner performance through enablement, governance, and joint business planning.
  • Personally manage and expand strategic and enterprise-level accounts across the region.
  • Ensure alignment between channel strategy and brand positioning in each market.

5. Cross-Functional & Global Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product, Solution, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Success teams to ensure regional execution excellence.
  • Provide structured market feedback to global teams to influence product roadmap, pricing, and solution design.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and global governance standards.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Strong understanding of POS/ Payment industry and the ability to quickly adapt to market changes.
  • 12+ years of sales experience, with senior leadership responsibility across multiple APAC markets.
  • Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and profitability in complex, multi-country environments.
  • Strong experience managing direct and channel-based sales models.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM system and analytic to drive results.
