. University graduate with a minimum of 8 years business development experience . Experience in selling or delivering technology solutions to public sector clients . Understanding of the IT services & consulting and system integrator market, ideally gained from working in the business development role within vendors and IT consulting companies. . Ability to build relationships to strategic relationships and identify relationships that others need to build . A self-starter with experience planning and successfully executing a strategic business development/ account plan . Experience in developing strong relationships with technical and business leaders . Experience in overseeing and leading the bid team in planning and delivery of the pre-qualification questionnaire and bid submissions in line with agreed
