About the Sales Director role:
In this business-critical role, you will be responsible to drive SEA-region sales and lead global sales and operations for the semiconductor equipment business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth across all regions and build a scalable high-performance sales organization
- Define and execute regional sales strategy including market prioritization and growth roadmap
- Drive sales team in SEA region and lead regional sales leaders to deliver revenue targets
- Drive alignment across regions on pricing strategy, deal governance, and account planning
- Partner with product and engineering to influence global product roadmap based on customer needs
- Represent the company at global industry forums and executive customer meetings
- Drive standardization of sales processes, tools, and CRM discipline across regions
To succeed in the Sales Director role, you will need strong sales experience of capital equipment in the semiconductor industry with prior team management experience.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years of relevant work experience in the Semiconductor equipment or relevant sector
- MBA/Master/Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline
- Proven track record managing multi-region sales team and global accounts
- Strong strategic mindset with ability to balance long-term growth and short-term execution
- Experience in scaling sales organization and driving cross-regional alignment
- Ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders at different professional level
- Willingness to travel globally
