Role Purpose: To lead the localized growth of the Singapore subsidiary and secure primary listings in major retail chains.
Key Responsibilities:
. Develop and execute the Singapore market P&L and long-term brand strategy.
. Lead the core local team and build a high-performance organizational culture.
. Channel Management: Focus on securing listings in Modern Trade (NTUC FairPrice, Cold Storage, Giant, Sheng Siong) and overseeing existing E-commerce/HORECA distributors.
. Ensure full compliance with Singapore regulatory requirements (SFA, ACRA, and the upcoming Beverage Container Return Scheme).
Requirements:
. Experience: Minimum 8 years in FMCG, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role within the Singapore retail landscape.
. Education: Bachelor's degree or above degrees in Business Administration or Marketing are preferred
. Network: Strong existing relationships with Category Managers in major Singapore supermarkets and convenience stores.
. Language: Native-level English proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage for HQ liaison.
