Role:Sales Director (Financial Services)
Location: Singapore
We are partnering with a leading IT Services firm who islooking for ahands-on Sales Directorto drive revenue growth in theBanking & Financial Servicessector, includingdigital banks and FinTechs. This is ahunter rolefocused on winning new logos, closing large deals, and building strong CXO relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Build and convert a strong pipeline of new clients
- Engage consultatively with CXOs and senior stakeholders
- Win and manage large, complex deals end-to-end
- Collaborate with internal solution and delivery teams across the sales cycle
- Drive growth initially inSingapore, with expansion intoSoutheast Asia
Requirements
- 12+ years of enterprise sales experience inIT Services(Singapore market)
- Strong background insystems integration, managed services, or software & services
- Proven hunter with experience opening new strategic accounts
- ExistingC-level relationshipsin Banking & Financial Services with strong in experience working with major System Integrators.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and highly motivated
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
