GoldPhield is looking for a Sales Director for a leading MNC client in the engineering sector. The successful candidate will lead a regional sales team, own the P&L, drive sales strategy, achieve revenue targets, expand market share, and develop new business across the region.

Role Overview:
The Sales Director will be responsible for delivering regional sales strategy, achieving sales targets, managing a high-performing sales team, and overseeing the P&L for the region. Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute the overall regional sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue and profitability targets, aligning with the company's long-term objectives.
- Manage, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team across the region, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Take full ownership of the regional P&L, monitoring financial performance, optimizing cost structures, and ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
- Ensuring achievement of sales KPIs such as customer visits, market share growth, regional coverage, and active business development.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales initiatives with product offerings, market trends, and operational capabilities.
- Mapping the market and identifying new business opportunities to drive growth.
- Building long-term customer relationships and winning new business across the region.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10-12+ years of sales experience, including leading high-performing sales teams.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Regional experience is required, with exposure to multiple markets.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Experience in industrial, engineering, and automation sectors preferred.
- Strong strategic thinking, leadership, P&L management, and market mapping skills.
