About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Leader to drive our regional growth strategy and lead a high-performing team. This role requires a proven track record in market expansion, executive-level leadership, and deep expertise in agricultural by-products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's overall sales and marketing strategy to ensure sales targets and performance metrics are achieved.
- Lead and manage the entire team, including training, performance management, and recruitment.
- Manage the marketing team's online and offline activities (e.g., event planning, digital marketing, social media marketing), ensuring close collaboration with the sales team to enhance brand awareness and sales performance.
- Explore and expand overseas markets, particularly developing sales channels and partner relationships in key markets, while formulating corresponding market promotion plans.
- Lead the sales team in communication and negotiations with clients, ensuring customer needs are met and sales deals are closed.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities, adjusting sales strategies to respond to market changes.
- Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration, working closely with product development and after-sales service teams to achieve sales goals and customer satisfaction.
- Be responsible for formulating the sales budget and resource allocation, managing sales and marketing costs and profit margins.
- Regularly report sales performance and market dynamics to the executive team, providing improvement suggestions and strategic plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher from a domestic 211 Project university or above, or a university ranked within the top 200 in the QS World University Rankings.
- Minimum 10 years of sales management experience in the Southeast Asia region, with at least 5 years specifically in sales management of agricultural by-products (fertilizers/pesticides/auxiliaries).
- Proven successful market expansion experience and a track record of effectively developing and managing markets.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to effectively motivate and guide a sales team to achieve targets.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of independent thinking and quick response to various challenges.
- Strong business acumen and market sensitivity, with the ability to accurately grasp market trends and customer needs.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, capable of building strong cooperative relationships with various types of clients and partners.
- Strong resilience and a team-player spirit, able to maintain high efficiency and quality performance in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher from a 211 Project university in China or a Top 200 QS-ranked university globally.
- Minimum 10 years of sales management experience in Southeast Asia.
- At least 5 years in agricultural by-products sales management (fertilizers/pesticides/auxiliaries).
- Demonstrated success in market expansion and managing diverse markets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate.
- Language & Visa: Candidates must be highly proficient in both Chinese and English to facilitate communication with headquarters. The candidate must either already possess a valid Singapore work visa or be a Singaporean Chinese national able to reside in Singapore long-term.
