Job Description

About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Director to lead our global advertising sales team at Bigo Ads. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and manage key client relationships worldwide. You will lead a high-performing team and align sales initiatives with company objectives in a fast-moving AdTech industry.

What You'll Do:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a global sales team to exceed performance goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen partnerships with key clients.
- Collaborate with account management, marketing and product teams to align efforts and improve client experience.
- Represent Bigo Ads at industry events to build brand presence and network.

Desired Experience:
- Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of sales experience, including 5+ years in a sales leadership role.
- Proven experience in global market expansion and sales within the AdTech industry.
- Proficiency in English and one or more regional languages.
- Strong skills in sales forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.
