We are seeking a commercially driven Sales Executive to own a portfolio of strategic accounts within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. This is a senior individual contributor role suited to a consultative sales professional with a strong track record in enterprise software and a passion for technology.
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of key enterprise accounts, acting as the primary relationship manager and strategic point of contact for senior stakeholders including CXOs, economic buyers, procurement, and renewal contacts.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans and sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Develop a strong command of the company's Cybersecurity, Marketing Technology, and Data solutions portfolios, crafting compelling proposals and leading presentations that address client-specific challenges.
- Drive the full sales cycle from opportunity qualification through to contract closure, negotiating pricing and commercial terms to secure profitable deals while consistently meeting or exceeding assigned quotas.
- Manage pipeline and forecast accurately, maintaining rigorous CRM hygiene across all deal stages.
- Drive new logo acquisition across Singapore and ASEAN while growing revenue within the existing account base, leveraging strategic alliances with third-party partners and channel influencers.
- Collaborate with Business Development, Pre-Sales, and Marketing teams to generate and progress new opportunities, staying current on BFSI sector trends to inform sales strategy and client conversations.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of enterprise software sales experience with a consistent record of quota attainment and the ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals in competitive environments.
- Solid understanding of Cybersecurity, Marketing Technology, or Data solutions, with experience working with or selling into the BFSI sector and familiarity with its commercial and regulatory dynamics.
- Familiarity with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or equivalent qualification frameworks.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with confidence engaging at CXO level commercially driven with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and perform in a high-growth environment.
