Sales Director – Singapore (First Hire in Market)

A high-growth global RegTech business specialising in AML, compliance, data quality, and AI-powered risk solutions is seeking its first dedicated hire in Singapore to establish and scale its Southeast Asia operation.

Already generating revenue across Asia and operating through a fully transacting Singapore entity, the business is now investing in a senior commercial leader to accelerate growth across the region.

This is a rare opportunity for an entrepreneurial sales professional who thrives in a hunter environment and wants to build a market presence from the ground up.

The Opportunity

Reporting directly to global leadership, this individual will be responsible for winning new business, growing strategic accounts, and developing partner channels across Southeast Asia. As the first person dedicated to the Singapore operation, they will play a key role in shaping the regional growth strategy and building the future team.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven enterprise sales leader with a strong hunter mentality
  • Experience selling RegTech, AML, Compliance, Financial Crime, Risk, Data, Fraud, KYC, KYB, or AI-driven software solutions
  • Strong track record developing C-level relationships within financial services and regulated industries
  • Equally comfortable winning new logos and growing strategic accounts
  • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and able to succeed in a remote-first environment
  • Strong understanding of the Southeast Asian market

Package

  • Base Salary: SGD 180,000 – 225,000
  • Uncapped OTE: SGD 450,000+
  • Regional travel across Southeast Asia
  • Opportunity to build and lead the Singapore business
