As Sales Director, APAC, you will drive Au10TIX's commercial growth and market expansion across the enterprise landscape. you will own regional revenue generation, build and execute a focused go-to-market strategy, and close high-impact enterprise deals.

You'll collaborate closely with the revenue leadership team, marketing, product, and customer success to position Au10TIX as the partner of choice for identity verification, compliance automation, and fraud prevention.

The ideal candidate combines enterprise SaaS sales expertise, deep local market access, and strong solution-selling discipline, with a track record of building trusted relationships at C-level and delivering consistent overachievement.

Core Responsibilities:

  • GTM Orchestration: Develop and refine go-to-market strategies across critical high-growth sectors, including FinTech, Banking, Payments, Trading and Gaming.
  • Full-Cycle Deal Management: Lead the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from prospecting and lead generation to complex multi-stakeholder negotiations and final closure.
  • Stakeholder Navigation: Engage and align value across C-level executives, compliance, risk, operations, and technology departments within complex enterprise environments.
  • Pipeline & Territory Mastery: Execute comprehensive territory plans to maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent overachievement of quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Revenue Leadership, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive account expansion and ensure long-term client retention.
  • Strategic Feedback Loop: Act as the primary regional link to global leadership, synthesizing customer insights and APAC market trends to influence the global product roadmap.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of professional excellence in enterprise sales.
  • 3+ years of experience selling SaaS solutions specifically to financial services, payments, or compliance-driven verticals.
  • Deep familiarity with KYC (Know Your Customer), AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and identity verification solutions.
  • A track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles end-to-end.
  • Consistent history of quota overachievement and delivering high-impact enterprise deals.
  • Bachelor's degree (Required); MBA or equivalent advanced degree (Preferred).
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin is preferred.
  • This role is based in Singapore. Candidates must possess a valid working visa.
