The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision makers within accounts. You will discover qualified opportunities by responding to inbound interests and targeted outbound prospects to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.
Responsibilities
- Outbound Prospecting: Identify and engage potential clients in APAC via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified opportunities.
- Inbound Lead Management: Promptly respond to and qualify inbound marketing leads, converting interest into sales opportunities.
- Pipeline Generation: Qualify leads in SMB, Commercial, and Enterprise accounts, effectively qualifying interest and viability.
- Customer Engagement: Uncover prospect needs and pain points through effective questioning to position our solutions as essential.
- Scheduling Meetings: Set up high-quality demos and meetings for Account Executives (AEs).
Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years of sales-related experience (outbound-focused sales, SDR, or customer-facing roles).
- Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organization skills; comfortable with high-volume calling.
- Mindset: A competitive, self-starter mentality with a hunger for success and overachieving targets.
- Tools: Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics) is highly preferred.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Location: Based in Singapore, eligible to work without sponsorship (preferred)
