We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to support our expansion in the ASEAN market. The role involves identifying and generating sales opportunities through both outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up across Thailand, the Philippines, Malaysia, and other ASEAN markets. The ideal candidate works well under pressure, thinks creatively, is familiar with sales prospecting tools, and is highly self-motivated. The candidate should also be able to assess a company's needs and tailor outreach effectively to each account or prospect.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Responsibilities:

  • Meet/exceed KPIs including daily/weekly activity metrics and monthly/quarterly meeting and
    opportunity creation goals.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Channel Directors to book meetings and create
    qualified opportunities with key stakeholders at target accounts.
  • Outbound prospecting into large Enterprise companies including heavy cold calling and targeted
    email/LinkedIn outreach to CXOs, VPs and other decision makers that fit Saviynt's Ideal
    Customer Profile.
  • Qualify inbound leads and increase conversion rates through diligent follow up, adhering to
    defined SLAs.
  • Become a subject matter expert with the ability to align business challenges with Saviynt's value
    propositions.
  • Overcome objections and uncover compelling events that indicate buying intent.
  • Maintain detailed and up-to-date records on lead activity in Salesforce.com to ensure effective
    lead development and a seamless hand-off to Account Executives.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing on all digital and field marketing activity, including occasional
    onsite event attendance (as needed.)

Key Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Thai and English, as the role requires regular communication with Thai-speaking and English-speaking stakeholders and handling of related business materials.
  • Proficiency in Tagalog and/or Malay would be beneficial for engaging stakeholders and handling business communication from the Philippines and Malaysia, where required.
  • Proven track record of successful high volume cold calling experience
  • Demonstrated ability to generate interest with CXOs, VPs and other decision makers within large
    Enterprise accounts
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo and other
    prospecting tools
  • Dedicated to best in class sales processes and focus on constant improvement
  • Ability to travel to regional events as needed
  • Identity Management and/or cloud security experience is a major plus
