The Sales Development Representative is responsible for generating qualified pipeline for LionsBot's regional sales teams and dealer recruitment efforts through inbound lead qualification, outbound prospecting, event follow-up, and disciplined CRM execution. This role supports both customer opportunity creation and dealer pipeline development, ensuring every prospect receives a professional, well-qualified first experience of LionsBot.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage inbound customer and dealer leads quickly and professionally, qualify fit, need, urgency, budget, decision process, dealer suitability, and next best action.
- Execute outbound prospecting for target customer accounts, facility management personas, cleaning contractors, building owners, dealers, distributors, and relevant channel prospects using structured cadences.
- Personalise messaging for customer and dealer audiences and articulate LionsBot's robots, software, dealer opportunity, and business outcomes in a simple, credible way.
- Maintain 100% CRM hygiene, including activities, lead statuses, customer/dealer lead type, qualification notes, meeting details, tasks, handover quality, and next steps.
- Partner closely with Regional Sales, Marketing, and dealer owners on lead quality, qualification standards, dealer fit, campaign feedback, and weekly pipeline priorities.
- Share frontline insights from customer and dealer conversations, including objections, competitor mentions, territory signals, campaign quality, and common pain points.
- Follow structured processes for lead management, qualification, handover, meeting scheduling, and nurture/disqualification routing while maintaining professionalism across time zones.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales development, inside sales, telemarketing, business development, channel development, or customer-facing roles preferred; fresh graduates may be considered if they show high energy, resilience, strong communication, and coachability.
- Strong verbal, written, and digital communication skills; fluent English is required, with at least one other relevant language advantageous.
- CRM experience such as HubSpot or equivalent is a plus; familiarity with sales engagement tools, dialers, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, distributor/channel environments, or hardware/industrial sales motions is advantageous.
- High energy, proactive attitude, ownership mindset, resilience, strong organisation, and comfort working in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
