ITC Refrigeration is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to support our business growth in the cold storage, refrigeration, and construction sector. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and opening doors with potential clients in industries that require dependable temperature-controlled solutions.

As part of our team, you will help expand ITC Refrigeration's market presence by reaching out to prospective customers, qualifying leads, understanding project needs, and coordinating closely with our sales and project teams. You will play an important role in connecting clients with practical, high-quality refrigeration and cold storage solutions that support their operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and market research
• Reach out to potential clients in sectors such as food and beverage, logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, and commercial or industrial facilities
• Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements, project timelines, budget considerations, and decision-making processes
• Arrange meetings and sales opportunities for the business development or project sales team
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and key stakeholders
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and pipeline activity in the company's CRM or sales tracking system
• Work closely with internal engineering and project teams to understand service offerings and align them with client needs
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to support business growth strategies
• Represent the company professionally in all client interactions and help strengthen ITC Refrigeration's reputation for quality, reliability, and technical expertise

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Building Services, or a related field
• Prior experience in sales development, business development, inside sales, or client acquisition is preferred
• Experience in the construction, engineering, HVAC, refrigeration, or cold storage industry will be an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in speaking to clients and decision-makers
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable with outreach and lead generation activities
• Good commercial awareness and ability to identify business opportunities
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using CRM or sales management tools
