Sales Development Representative (SDR) – B2B
We are partnering with a global, top-tier organization to hire a Sales Development Representative (SDR) supporting a flagship business transformation and capability-building program.
This is a unique opportunity to move beyond transactional selling into consultative, problem-led engagement with business leaders in Singapore.
What you'll be doing
- Identify and engage SMEs and mid-sized companies undergoing digital or business transformation
- Conduct outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email, and calls to generate qualified opportunities
- Engage stakeholders including CEOs, Founders, and Heads of Digital, HR, and Transformation
- Lead discovery conversations to understand capability gaps and business challenges
- Position a structured, high-impact program focused on building internal digital, data, and AI capabilities
- Qualify leads and schedule consultations with sakes team
- Manage and nurture a pipeline of prospects through a longer, education-driven sales cycle
What we're looking for
- 2 years of experience in SDR / BDR / inside sales roles (B2B)
- Background in enterprise SaaS, EdTech, consulting, or professional services preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
- Comfortable with consultative selling and problem discovery (not just pitching)
- Curious, business-minded, and able to understand transformation challenges
- Experience in outbound prospecting and pipeline generation
