Sales Development Representative

Our client, an Asia-based technology company, is seeking Sales Development Representative to join its Sales & Account Management Team. You'll be part of the team that support high-impact campaigns to prospective F&B and retail partners across Singapore & SEA Markets.

Responsibilities:-

• Pitch Campaign Deals solutions to prospective F&B and retail partners through face-to-face and virtual engagements
• Lead commercial negotiations, close merchant deals, and secure participation in marketing and deals campaigns
• Champion Clients value proposition and promotional tools, including targeted deals, voucher solutions, and performance-based marketing
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process and support merchants in setting up, launching, and optimizing their deal offers
• Act as the main point of contact for merchant queries related to campaign setup, performance, and optimization
• Track and analyze merchant campaign results to drive ongoing improvements and repeat participation
• Work closely with internal teams (Ads, Account Management, CRM, MobilePay) to deliver integrated marketing solutions
• Keep abreast of market trends, competitor offerings, and merchant feedback to improve campaign relevance and impact

Requirement:-

• Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally with exposure to F&B, media, digital marketing, or e-commerce sectors
• Strong communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to effectively pitch campaign solutions/with a consultative selling style.
• Ability to lead commercial negotiations and close deals confidently
• Self-starter mindset, capable of working independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Analytical thinking, with the ability to review and interpret campaign performance data
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and partners at once
• Comfort with both face-to-face and virtual client engagements
• Proven track record of hitting sales targets and closing new business.
