Cohesity is looking for a Manager to lead our growing Sales Development team in the APJ region. As the Manager, you will have the opportunity to guide a team of Sales Development Reps/Inside Sales Reps (SDRs/ISRs) and work closely with various departments to establish a highly effective pipeline generation. HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:
- Lead a team of SDRs/ISRs to consistently meet and exceed their monthly and quarterly quotas. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving outstanding results.
- Report executive leadership on performance, trends, and insights through regular pipeline reviews and forecast calls. The insights you'll provide will help craft our strategy and drive our success.
- Collaborate closely with our Demand Generation, Field Marketing, and Channel teams to create a predictable and repeatable pipeline generation engine for your territory. Together, we will ensure a flawless execution.
- Develop a positive relationship with Sales leadership to define the outreach strategy for the territory and develop targeted account lists. Your expertise will contribute to our continued growth.
- Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding and ongoing enablement programs for our SDRs in your territory. Your guidance and support will empower them to succeed and progress in their professional journeys.
- Use data to find areas for process improvement within the Sales Development organization. Your insights will help enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support decision making.
WE'D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:
- Proven IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, or hardware sales experience within a high-growth tech company.
- Minimum 5 years of leading/managing a team for the APJ market
- Outstanding performance in sales development or inside sales roles, consistently overachieving targets.
- Experience managing Sales Development, Business Development, or Inside Sales teams, ideally in a high-growth tech company.
- Proven track record in coaching individuals at various performance levels within a sales development organization.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to partner closely with marketing, sales ops, and regional sales leadership to establish the overall GTM and demand generation strategy for a territory.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proven ability to analyze data to identify patterns and areas for process improvement.
- Proficiency in building reports, dashboards, and forecasting methodologies using critical software such as Salesforce, Outreach, Tableau, Clari, etc.
- Excellent internal and external communication skills, including making pitches to executive-level leadership.
