Main Objectives
The Sales Development Executive will partner with the Water Treatment Application Engineer/ Key Account Manager to serve our customers and deliver a high level of service. He/She will respond promptly to customer enquiries and provide the necessary support via phone, email, and various communication platforms as required. He/She will also support the Application Engineer/ Key Account Manager in converting technical offers into commercial offers. In addition, He/She will proactively contact new and existing customers to generate new product sales leads or provide advice on general product enquiries. Daily responsibilities will include generating product offers, including SAP quotations, providing basic product recommendations, and creating CRM sales leads, while working closely with the Application Engineer/ Key Account Manager to ensure commercial offers are delivered in a timely manner. He/She will also follow up closely with customers on open quotations and provide timely updates to the Application Engineer/ Key Account Manager on the progress of offers.

Commercial Proposals Preparation And Follow Ups
- Creation of commercial proposals per customer's requirements on SAP system, including basic price discount discussions with customer.
- Conduct a systematic and active follow-up of offers & quotations, including analyses and actions
- Supports external sales in preparation for project tender submissions and documentations
Customer Enquiries Clarifications
- Attends to customers inbound enquiries and presents the features and benefits of product/service offerings to existing/new customers.
- Verification and proper understanding of customer requests & technical requirements or issues, providing necessary support or assign the right resources to provide resolution.
- Creating leads for external sales to follow through on CRM system for large project opportunities.
Lead Generation and building customer relationship
- Acquisition of new customers: finding and following up projects and leads (potential future customers) by searching in public databases, tender platforms, newspapers, customer internet sites, etc. and following up with customer contact actions.
- Relationship management: Proactively foster strong contact with existing customers (customer proximity) develop long-term customer relations through regular service calls.
- Selling products/services primarily through phone and emails to achieve predetermined sales quotas
Basic 1st Level Product/tech Enquiry Support
- Advice customers on basic technical enquiries (e.g. technical documentations, dimensions, pressure ratings and materials compatibility queries etc.), forwarding complex questions when necessary to internal technical specialists.
