Sales Designer

Key Responsibilities:

. Develop creative interior design concepts tailored to client needs, including space planning, color schemes, furniture, lighting, and material selection.

. Produce detailed 2D and 3D drawings, renderings, and presentations for client approval.

. Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget, and convert enquiries into confirmed sales.

. Follow up on marketing-generated leads and manage the sales process from consultation to closing.

. Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction.

. Stay updated on the latest design trends, materials, and technologies.

. Perform ad-hoc duties as required to support the business.

Qualifications & Requirements:

. Creative with strong knowledge of detailed design drawings.

. Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max or SketchUp, and Adobe Photoshop.

. Preferably 1 year or more of relevant experience in interior design and/or sales.

. Strong communication and client-facing skills with the ability to close sales effectively.

. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently.

. Experience in a B2C customized product environment is an advantage.
