What You'll Do
Meet and Consult with Clients
- Understand client needs, design preferences, and project budget for HDB and Condo residential client
- Provide professional design advice and propose suitable design concepts.
Prepare Design Proposal
- Develop design ideas, layouts, and material selections.
- Present proposals confidently and handle client feedback.
Sales & Project Coordination
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Negotiate terms and close deals professionally.
- Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain long-term client relationships for referrals and repeat business.
- Provide after-sales support when required.
Administrative and Reporting Tasks
- Prepare documentation, quotations, and contracts.
- Update management on sales progress and project status.
Requirements
- Diploma or higher in Interior Design, Architecture and related fields
- At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in interior design or renovation sales.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, and passionate about interior design.
- Excellent communication and client handling skills
- Creative and detail-oriented with a good design portfolio
