Job Description

We are looking for a high-energy Sales & Customer Success Executive to drive growth and user success for our CMMS platform.You will be responsible for the full Closing & Success'cycle: converting inbound leads through expert demos, closing the sale, and supporting a seamless onboarding experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1) Sales Support:

Product Demos: Conduct persuasive, high-impact product demonstrations that highlight our CMMS's value proposition.

Tender: Monitor procurement portals e.g. GEBIZ, manage the end-to-end preparation of tender documents ensuring compliance and timely submission, attending tender interviews and show-arounds.

Leads: Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries to move them through the sales funnel with the aim of closing the sale.

2) Customer Success:

Onboarding & Configuration: Lead the setup process for new clients including helping to set up/ configure system to meet their requirements, provide user training, in order to sucessfully deploy the system for new clients

Troubleshooting Support: Provide timely technical support to existing clients, suggesting workarounds, and coordinating with technical team to create support tickets

Account Retention: Monitor client health and usage patterns to minimize churn and identify opportunities for account expansion or renewals

REQUIREMENTS:

Educational Background: Diploma (bonus if IT, Business or Facilities Management related). Fresh graduates are welcome.

Sales Instinct: Not afraid to ask for the sale. You should be comfortable discussing pricing, handling objections, and following up with prospects.

Tech-Savvy: Ability to learn the ins and outs of a CMMS platform quickly and explain complex features in simple terms.

Communication: Highly confident speaker able to build rapport quickly with facility managers, engineers, and business owners.

Resilience & Grit: Proactive mindset with the ability to handle both technical troubleshooting and the fast pace of sales targets. Willing to work hard and go the extra mile.

Growth Mindset: A can-do attitude with a hunger to learn.
