Responsibilities
- Assist clients with move-in, repair coordination during lease term, and move-out processes
- Provide interpretation support for non-Japanese-speaking agents communicating with Japanese clients
- Prepare materials to improve work processes and client communication
- Create property condition reports on move-in day, including photo documentation
- Handle corporate and individual client inquiries and property viewings
- Coordinate contract signing with local staff and manage property handovers
- Prepare documents, respond to emails, and report to supervisors
- Provide post-handover customer support
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of working experience
- Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders
- Experience in corporate sales or customer service (2-3 years preferred)
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Willingness to work on weekends (with compensatory off days)
