Handle all tour bookings, reservations, customisations, and amendments.
Prepare sales quotations, tour proposals and itineraries for customers.
Generate leads, reach out to potential clients, pitch, and close sales.
Develop and establish new sales channels, agent relationships and partnerships.
Assist in operational procedures i.e., customisation of tours, tour logistics and on the ground management.
Ensure quality service & tour delivery and compliance of operational procedures.
Identify opportunities to improve operational and service methods / procedures.
Work with internal and marketing teams to achieve company strategic objectives and goals.
Stay up to date with industry trends and updates.
Follow up and maintain relationship with clients.
Monitor monthly sales target, tour volume, feedback, and customer reviews.
Oversee sales team and ensure smooth coordination within the team.
Handle other administrative tasks.
Requirement:
Eligible to Diploma with at least 3 years in Sales or Customer Service Role.
Good knowledge in shipping line shipment documentation processing.
Background of working in the travel/tourism or educational industry is a plus
Willingness to work and continuously learn in a growing start-up/SME environment.

Additional information:
Working days: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm) and Saturday (9am - 1pm)
Work from home is allow but after probation is passed but must be in office once a week and whenever there is an important meeting or company gathering/event.
Salary up to $4000 with Commission calculated bi-annually.
