Job Summary
The Sales cum Marketing Executive will drive revenue growth by leading digital marketing initiatives, generating qualified leads, consulting customers on equipment solutions, and converting prospects into sales. This role combines strategic marketing execution with active sales responsibilities to expand market presence and build lasting client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Lead management of company presence on digital platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook to enhance brand visibility and engagement
- Plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns based on engagement and lead data to generate inbound enquiries
- Develop and maintain product marketing materials and digital content that support sales and brand messaging
- Analyze inbound customer enquiries from website, email, and social platforms to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate equipment solutions
- Prepare accurate and timely quotations and conduct follow-ups to advance sales opportunities
- Support sales negotiations and close transactions to achieve revenue targets
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with B2B clients and distributors to foster repeat business and referrals
- Represent the company at client meetings and trade events to promote products and gather market intelligence
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development roles
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
- Ability to communicate in Chinese for effective business coordination
