Sales Coordinator (West Area / Transport Provided) - SS10

Position title : Assistant Sales Coordinator
Location: Tuas (Company transport at designated pick up points - Jurong east, Bukit batok, Choa chu kang, Lakeside, Tuas crescent etc)
Working Days: 5 days Mon - Fri
Working hours : 8am -5pm or 9am - 6pm
Salary : $2,800 - $3,350 depending on qualification and experience

Responsibilities:

• To process confirmed orders and ensure all data entry are done accurately
• To support the Sales team in customer handling when tasked
• To attend to telephone calls and sales enquiries
• To assist in taking orders from clients
• To assist in liaising with the relevant operations department on job order progress till readiness for delivery
• To perform filing and other general administrative duties
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• GCE N/O levels/NITEC
• Proficient in MS Office skills, especially MS Word and Excel
• At least 1-year experience, preferably in the related field
