As a Sales Coordinator, you will work closely with the CEO and sales team to support day-to-day sales operations and customer engagement. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and eager to build strong foundations in sales and client-facing work within a fast-growing company.
Responsibilities
- Support and coordinate day-to-day sales activities
- Manage inbound customer inquiries and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records
- Keep CRM data clean, updated, and reliable
- Prepare sales updates and basic reports
- Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and clients
- Assist with product demos and loop in product or sales engineers when needed
Qualifications
- Experience or strong interest in sales coordination and sales operations
- Clear, confident communication and strong customer service skills
- Solid understanding of sales workflows and processes
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Compensation
- Competitive base salary with commission-based incentives
