Shipment Coordination: Manage and coordinate international shipments, ensuring a solid understanding and application of basic Incoterms (e.g., EXW, FOB, CIF) to ensure smooth logistics and compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
E-commerce &Digital Order Management: Oversee the end-to-end processing and fulfilment of orders across all company-operated E-commerce platforms. This includes proactive monitoring of digital storefronts to ensure prompt packing and dispatch.
Label &Documentation Management: Take full ownership of the labelling process by managing label inventory, coordinating timely ordering with the purchasing team, and executing printing tasks to support both daily production needs and specific export order requirements.
Sales Support: Attend to sales calls, walk-in inquiries, and provide timely quotations for standard items.
Inventory &Production Liaison: Proactively monitor inventory levels and work with the warehouse and production teams to prevent stock-outs.
Administrative: Maintain precise filing systems and perform ad-hoc assignments as required.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum O levels or higher with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience preferred entry-level applicants with a high learning ability are welcome.
Technical Skills: Competence in MS Office applications is required. Proficiency in Autocount software is an advantage candidates with prior ERP/Accounting software experience will be prioritised
