- Position : Sales Coordinator
- Location : Near Tai Seng MRT
- Working hours : 5 days, Monday -Friday, 8.30am-5.30pm
- Salary (Depend on experience) : Up to $3700 + AWS + Variable Bonus + Medical

Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls and follow up on leads to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Handle customer inquiries to evaluate specific application requirements.
- Coordinate with Sales and Application Engineers to ensure the selection of correctly sized pumps or blowers.
- Engage customers daily via phone and email to provide technical clarifications and proactively follow up on outstanding quotations.
- Act as the single point of contact for technical and commercial queries for customers, contractors, resellers, and agents.
- Support the Sales Manager in tracking and reporting activities for the Monthly Reporting process.
- Execute contract reviews prior to order entry to ensure specifications match the offer and resolve any unclear requirements.
- Process sales orders and collaborate with the Order Administration team on procurement and shipment logistics.
- Update customers proactively on delivery status and tracking information until the point of delivery.
- Monitor and track customer payments to ensure timely collections and resolve any billing discrepancies.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in engineering or technical environment is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office 365, including Excel (e.g. pivot tables, lookup functions)
- Interest or basic understanding of mechanical equipment is preferred
